1-on-1 Training Includes:

  • Professional exercise technique demonstration and instruction, ensuring you learn proper exercise form that is both safe and effective.
     

  • A personalized fitness program that balances your fitness goals, with your schedule, current state of fitness, exercise and sport history, and motivations.
     

  • Accountability​ -- we understand how difficult showing up to the gym can be. That's why we have created a fun, inviting, nonjudgemental gym atmosphere. Everyone is welcome, always.
     

  • Nutritional education ​-- we teach what foods and eating habits best promote muscle development, weight loss, and general health & well-being.​
