This class is perfect for those who are stiff or work a sedentary job. It begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by light weight lifting and mobility stretching. Instructor David brings high energy, positive encouragement, and the right music to make movement as fun as possible. All fitness levels are welcome as all exercises are modifiable to your physical ability. Perfect for those who enjoy exercising with others (bring a friend!).
