Fitness, fun and prizes! This Fitness Challenge is an excellent test of muscular endurance, including performing as many rounds of the following exercise circuit in 20-minutes: Farmer Carries, Push-Ups, Planks, Medicine Ball Slams, and Battle Ropes. Ages 12+ welcome!
