Who We Are
David Smilges, founder of Principled PT, is a Certified PT who began training in 2019. Experienced in training all ages, from youth to seniors, David creates highly individualized programs for each client. Any person of any background can find great success training with David. Whether you are an adult athlete training for a 5k, a parent who wants their middle-school football player to gain an edge, or a working adult looking for guidance on how to bring fitness into your busy life, David has the knowledge and resources to do just that.
